Terms and Conditions

  • Check-in: 3:00PM to 10:00PM. If arriving after 10:00PM, please call ahead to arrange arrival.
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM.
  • We are a non-smoking facility. Smoking inside guestrooms will incur a cleaning fee of $250 ; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
  • Our facility does not carry any cots or cribs. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
  • Occupancy based on 2 people; additional adults or children are $10.00 per person.
  • Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for payment and incidental charges.
  • Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

  • The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival.
  • The guest will be charged 100% of the first night's stay if they cancel or modify within 3 days of arrival.
  • E-mail cancellations are not accepted.

Prepayment

  • The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total amount in the 3 days before arrival.
  • Invalid or declined credit cards will lead to a false reservation and will be cancelled, unless the guest has contacted the Inn for arrangements. The Inn will not be responsible for alternative accommodations.

Pets

  • Pets are not allowed, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest(s) who violate the pet policy
